Sub-1:15 needs roughly 4:45-5:00/km run pace, 4:10 Ski Erg, 1:40 Sled Push, 1:50 Sled Pull, 4:00 Burpees, 4:15 Row, 1:40 Farmers, 5:00 Lunges, 7:30 Wall Balls plus 2:40 transitions. Which Hyrox stations should I attack and which should I survive?

Yes. Pro division uses doubled implement weights and the skill scales station targets accordingly. Female athletes using female-division weights get a -5% adjustment on sled-based stations as a default. Ski Erg and Row medians are broadly similar when adjusted for power-to-weight. Just say 'female open' or 'pro doubles' in the prompt.
